I chose this hotel for a corporate retreat as it provided a meeting room for our business needs. The amenities were well-maintained and the staff was accommodating and friendly.

One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with access to printers and other office equipment.

I recently had a great stay at a resort on Koh Chang island and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The beautiful houses were equipped with 

individual houses are surrounded by tropical forest, a very beautiful area, great pool, friendly, attentive staff.

The cabanas were built of typical thai architecture- the exteriors were quite attractive, the interiors were spartan. The beddeing, and linen were extremely poor quality.

The 3 star rating may have applied when the hotel was fist constructed howvever, the building now require some work, as with their linen needs replacing as well. Their buffet breakfast was minimialist, bland with very few alternatives. I wiuld rate the place a 2 star hotel at best.

The resort was beautiful, well-maintained, with an amazing swimming pool. Conveniently located near the beach, street food, and restaurants. Comfortable bed and air conditioning. Good value for money with scooter rental and free breakfast.

The pool was one of the best parts of our stay, very beautiful and perfect for a romantic escape. We also loved the fact that it was just a short walk to a stunning beach, ideal for a little getaway. The staff were very friendly 

The relation price/confort was very good

Based on the website, it was announced that all the rooms have a view to the beach...that not true because the Beach is on the other side of the road and quit distant from the Thai garden Hill resort

Very nice resort, located in one of the better parts of Koh Chang. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was OK, lunch/snack possibilities were very good. The staff of the resort is very friendly, helpful and they speak English 

our honeymoon trip to koh chang was amazing, and Thai Garden Hill Resort made it even better. The friendly staff, stunning pool, and comfortable amenities exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay there again. 

The accomodation is great, the rooms are comfy quite large and clean. The pool is amazing, really big and nice. I would say koh Chang is more of a place for couples and families, it is quite quiet and not

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The value for money was exceptional, with affordable prices that didn't break the bank. The attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel, from the well-maintained rooms cleaned everyday

300m by street to reach beach, the same breakfest menu every day (but it seems to be same in many places)
